Do you only work with professional photographers?

No. Although we offer the full range of professional photographic services and are known and constantly used by many of the top UK and international professional photographers, we happily and regularly service the needs of a growing number of enthusiastic photographers who desire the very best in photographic imaging. No job is too small and we'll never bamboozle you with technical jargon. We are all very down-to-earth people who pride ourselves on supplying the best range of photographic services to everyone who needs them.

I am not exactly sure of which service I need. Is there someone I can talk to to help me out?

No problem! Simply telephone us on 020 7384 6255 between 9am and 6pm weekdays and talk to one of our friendly staff who will point you in the right direction. It doesn't matter if you are a seasoned professional photographer or know nothing about this whole business, there is no such thing as a silly question and we honestly do enjoy talking about our work. What is the real difference between a Lambda print and a Giclée print?

Both Lambda and Giclée prints are brilliant photographic prints and both are produced by the digital process. Lambda prints have the tactile look and feel of a traditional photograph while our Giclée prints have a slightly exotic nature about them. The Lambda printer uses lasers to expose photographic material, whereas the Giclée process physically lays ink on paper or canvas. Both our Lambda and Giclée prints are produced on archival quality papers with Giclée prints being a bit more expensive.

The real differences boil down to individual preferences. It is all about the “look and feel” of the final print and whether it conveys the image as you want it. Unfortunately the differences cannot be shown on a website but feel free to pop in to visit us and we can show you the same image printed via the Lambda and Giclée processes. Alternatively, as a test you can send us your own image and we'll do a print for you using both processes.

Then comes the hard part. Which will you go for? Lambda and Giclée prints?

Can I pop in and look at the different mounting and framing options?

Certainly! We do have an extensive range of superb frames, in a range of finishes, specially chosen to suit the framing of photographic images. If you are not exactly sure about how these will look on a finished print just pop in to see us and we'll happily show you the range and all the options.

I am outside of London, can I still use your photographic services?

Of course! We have a number of clients outside of London – in fact we have clients all over the UK and even abroad. Just make sure that if you are sending physical items to us like film or negs that you use a highly reputable service with tracking and compensation.

Can I FTP my digital files to you?

We offer a full range of ways for you to deliver your digital files to us. Have a look at our Upload page and you'll find out how to get our FTP details or you can try our new Upload Form where you can upload your digital files straight to us via this website.

Do you offer a discount for students?

Yes indeed! We are more than happy to offer all students a 20% discount on all of our range of photographic services. You must be in possession of valid student identification and present it to us to take advantage of this offer. And as an added bonus we'll give away our professional advice for free!

Do you offer discounts for volume work?

We do! We can't put details of every possible quantity on our website so if you see a service you require but require a larger quantity simply telephone us on 020 7384 6255 between 9am and 6pm weekdays and brief one of our friendly staff. We can then get back to you with a substantial discount for larger quantities.

Do you process and print Black and White film?

As most photography has moved into the digital era the demand for professional black and white film processing and printing has decreased significantly. So sadly the answer is no. However many of the Lambda and Giclée prints we do are “RGB Black and White” files that print at least as good if not better than traditional black and white printing. You have all the advantages of digital file manipulation and digital printing. You can even successfully reproduce effects like sepia and selenium toning. Contact us for more details.

Do you pick up and deliver?

Yes, we have our very own fleet of motorcycle couriers that operate within an approximate 5 mile radius from our premesis in Fulham to pick up and deliver your items. We even have a large van to deliver bulky items like large framed prints safely and securely.

How can I pay you?

We accept payment in a variety of methods. For new customers you can either pay by cash or credit card in person, or credit card over the telephone. For Account Customers we will invoice you on completion of the job and payment is via standard methods.

I have found the same service cheaper elsewhere, why should I use you?

Although all our prices are extremely competitive, you may occasionally find a cheaper price for so called “similar services.” But just how similar are they? Does the company have a proven history in providing professional quality photographic services for the most demanding of professional photographers in London, the whole of the UK and abroad for over 10 years? Do they stand by their reputation and consistently offer the greatest levels of quality and service? Do their photographic prints regularly appear in some of the most famous art galleries around the world?

We treat photographic printing as an art, giving each of our Lambda Colour Prints and Giclée Prints intense individual attention. We help all our customers achieve their goals, rather than just push images through a machine. We offer a very personal and bespoke service. In fact one of the best parts of our job is chatting with clients and getting to know you, your photography, and your vision. We find this the best way to make photographic prints that you'll love. Our staff members have extensive backgrounds in photography and digital imaging. Most have never worked in any other area.
